A Lifelong Journey to Your Well-being

My path to becoming an energy healer began with a deep curiosity about the mind-body connection, sparked by my early experiences in Southern California’s vibrant metaphysical community. Today, that lifelong curiosity has evolved into a dedicated practice centered on helping others navigate and balance their own energetic landscapes.

As a certified practitioner in Biofield Tuning, I lead with the power of sound and vibrational frequency to help you clear the "static" from your energetic field, reducing stress and restoring your natural resonance. To further ground this transformation, I integrate Stone Medicine, utilizing the ancient healing properties of the earth to stabilize and nourish your body’s systems. These mineral allies work in tandem with my role as a Clinical Practitioner and Teacher in Eden Energy Medicine (EEM), where I use a comprehensive system to balance your body’s complex energy systems.

My practice is further refined by my work as a Be Set Free Fast (BSFF) Para-Practitioner, offering a gentle yet targeted approach to releasing limiting beliefs and emotional baggage. This is supported by my training in Add Heart Facilitation, Pranic Healing II, Healing Touch I, and Reiki I. By weaving together these diverse modalities—including ongoing advanced Chakra work and the Bengston Method—I am able to offer you a truly personalized experience designed to foster lasting health, clarity, and vitality.

My Story

My path to becoming an energy medicine practitioner wasn't a straight line, but it was driven by a deep, inherent curiosity about the power within us. Back in the mid-1980s, I unexpectedly found myself on a "Healer's Journey," drawn to studying with metaphysicians and honing my natural abilities to see auras. While the call to healing was strong, it wasn't yet my time. I made a promise to myself: I would return to this path when the moment was right.

Twenty years later, after a move to New Mexico and a yearning for deeper purpose, that moment arrived. I began actively seeking ways to bring more meaning into my life, and the healing arts beckoned once again. Workshops like William Bengston's Energy Cure and Gary Craig's Emotional Freedom Technique, and Dr. Larry Nims Be Set Free Fast, became pivotal stepping stones, bridging my early explorations to a tangible future. These experiences opened my eyes to the evolving world of complementary health and paved the way for me to become a Clinical Practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine and a Be Set Free Fast paraprofessional practitioner.

Today, my "toolbox" is brimming with effective holistic techniques, ready to support your journey to vibrant health and inner peace. From the precise touch of acupressure and the rapid release of Be Set Free Fast to the resonant power of sound healing and the grounding wisdom of stone medicine, I offer a diverse range of tools to address your unique needs. These aren't just modalities; they are proven keys to unlocking your radiant well-being.
